About the Event
The Wentworth Recreation Centre extends heartfelt condolences to the family of this wonderful man, Bob MacLean. Bob, with the support of wife Marilyn and other family members, devoted his life to our Wentworth Recreation Centre for a a decade and a half, most of that time serving as our Chairperson. His role included all aspects of running the Rec Centre from event planning to plant maintenance. His most important contribution was in attracting and retaining excellent volunteers. His wonderful way of being with people, all sorts of people, was instrumental in activating our community to a point where almost all the hours of the day are used up for various events and programs. We are very proud to say that the Centre is busier than ever and is still being run completely by volunteers. This will truly be a Celebration of Life! Please see the following link for Bob's f…
